Here are some answers to common questions:

Move in date? - The apartments are available now, so you could move in anytime.

What utilities are included? - water and heat are included in the rent. Tenants pay for electricity.

Are there laundry facilities? – Yes, coin-operated washers and driers are in the basement for tenants to use.

Are appliances included? – Yes, the kitchen of all apartments include a fridge and oven. Some have dishwashers.

Are pets allowed? – No, the owners do not allow pets.

Is smoking allowed? – No smoking is allowed in the apartments or in the buildings.

Is there off street parking? - Yes, there is plenty of off-street parking in a parking lot behind the buildings. You and your guests are welcome to park there. There are no additional fees for parking. The one exception to this is the apartment available on Vick Park B. That has street parking only.

Are there minimum requirements for renters? – Yes, they include:

1) Proof of steady income that is at least 3 times the rent amount

2) Credit score of at least 650, preferably over 700

3) Positive references from employer(s) and past landlord(s)

4) No prior evictions

5) No history of felonies.
