FAQ:

What utilities are included? - In most of our buildings, water, heat and parking are included in the rent. Tenants pay for electricity and Wifi.

Are there laundry facilities? – Yes, coin-operated washers and driers are in the basement for tenants to use.

Are appliances included? – Yes, the kitchen of all apartments include a fridge and oven. Some units have dishwashers.

Are pets allowed? – No, pets are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed? – No, smoking is not allowed in the apartments or in the buildings.

Is there off street parking? - Yes, most of our buildings have off-street parking available. You and your guests are welcome to park there.

Are there minimum requirements for renters? – Yes, they include:

1) Proof of steady income that is at least 3 times the rent amount

2) Credit score of at least 650, preferably over 700

3) Positive references from employer(s) and past landlord(s)

4) No prior evictions or history of felonies
